LUNCH

Our lunches are prepared on site by our 2 cooks. We make tasty meals for the little ones that they enjoy. We offer vegetables or salad as part of the daily menu, but also “sneak” some into the stews and Bolognese to ensure that they do receive the correct nutrition.
Fresh vegetables are utilised and only the best cuts of meat. We do not use soya products to substitute anything. Salt is kept to an absolute minimum and we make our meals preservative free.
We endeavour to cultivate good eating routine and table manners. We will also encourage your child to feed him or herself, which in turn assists in promoting their independence.

SNACKS

We only use Low GI and Brown bread for our snack time. The importance of Omega oils has been extensively researched over time and therefore we only make use of the types of Margarines that is rich in these oils.
We use quality fillings and spreads to optimise nutrition.
We also offer quality fruit juice that is preservative free with snack time. A variety of fruits and yoghurts will also be offered for your little ones enjoyment

TREATS

Friday is treat day, you can either send a small treat to school, or purchase from our in-house tuck shop. Please refrain from sending treats on other days to school.

ALLERGIES

Please ensure that the staff and management are aware if your child is allergic to any foods or beverages.
We will take the necessary precautions to ensure that your child do not consume foods that he/she is allergic to.
